This Salam U.S Wireless Live Scan website (“Site”) is owned and operated by Salam U.S Wireless Live Scan, Inc., a California corporation (“Salam U.S Wireless Live Scan”), doing business as Salam U.S Wireless Live Scan. When you access this Site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by the terms described below and in the Privacy Policy posted on this Site. If you do not agree to the terms discussed here, you should exit this Site now.

While Salam U.S Wireless Live Scan attempts to provide accurate information on this Site, it assumes no responsibility for accuracy. Salam U.S Wireless Live Scan may change the information on the Site, or the products mentioned, at any time without notice. Though the Site is updated frequently, a specific store location may or may not be authorized to provide A1 Live Scan services at the time you use the Site.  You should check with the store location to determine what services it provides and whether it is an authorized provider, before using its services.  The store locations listed on the Site are each independently owned and operated.  Salam U.S Wireless Live Scan disclaims any responsibility or liability for the actions or omissions of store operators, government agencies, or their respective employees in connection with providing the services described on the Site.  Salam U.S Wireless Live Scan is not responsible for the accuracy or dissemination of any background checks or background information arising out of the use of Salam U.S Wireless Live Scan services or the information presented on the Site. Salam U.S Wireless Live Scan disclaims any and all warranties or guarantees regarding any physical Post Office Box operating company or store location, and its accreditation, registration, license or compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Children’s Privacy

Our service is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 on this Service. In the event that we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from a child under 13, please contact us at salamlivescan@gmail.com. Protecting the privacy of children and youth is very important to us. Thus, if we obtain actual knowledge that a user is under 13, we will take steps to remove that user’s Personal Information from our databases. We recommend that anyone under the age obtain their parent’s permission before submitting information over the internet.

Choice of Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its choice of law rules. Any dispute or claim arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts in California, with Sacramento County, California. By using this Site, you consent to personal jurisdiction over you in the State of California.

Notice

By registering for services provided through this Site, you consent to receiving electronic communications from Salam U.S Wireless Live Scan for any communications required or permitted by such use. These communications include notices about your account and information concerning said services. You agree that any notice, agreements, disclosure or other communications that  Salam U.S Wireless Live Scan sends to you electronically will satisfy any legal requirements for written communication.

Live Scan Forms Required

• To schedule a Live Scan appointment, you must have a completed Live Scan form. We cannot accommodate appointments without one.
• If you don't have a form, we can print one for you in-store for a $10 fee (subject to availability). -Important: This appointment cannot be used for obtaining a copy of your criminal history ("Rap Sheet") or for FBI Personal Checks. Please call us before scheduling if you have any questions.

Government Fees Apply

• Separate government fees are required to be paid at the Live Scan location. These fees cover both state (DOJ) and federal (FBI) background checks.
• Additional fees for licenses or certifications may also apply.

Appointment and Cancellation Policy

• Appointments must be scheduled under the applicant's name. Please bring your confirmation number to your appointment.
• To receive a full refund for your appointment, cancellations must be made at least 2 days in advance.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Appointments cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled time will not be refunded.
• Please note that merchant processing fees are non-refundable.
